Most orders placed before 1500h ET ship same day though in some cases orders may require up to 7 days due to stock availability. You will be notified via email if an item you ordered is out of stock or delayed. Shipping is most commonly by UPS.
Canadian Clients: Most Canadian PCAS orders are shipped from the Toronto area and are free of import duties or brokerage fees.
American Clients: Most American PCAS orders are shipped from Texas and are free of ALL taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will do whatever is necessary to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, rest assured that all items (excluding software and videos) may be returned within 15 days for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee (upgrades, defective returns, and special offers excepted) and must be in resaleable condition. Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return freight charges.
All claims for damage, errors, or shortages in the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.
Before returning any merchandise customers must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number.
Returned merchandise must be in resaleable condition, including original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be in original carton with a copy of the invoice. Everything included with the product must be returned including unfilled warranty cards and unused manuals. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 15 days.

XRXs can be returned for a full refund (less an outbound shipping recovery fee of $25) within 100 days from the date of shipping and must be in resaleable condition including original packaging and accessories and in the original carton. Everything included with the product must be returned including unfilled warranty cards and manuals. Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable (if applicable). Customers are responsible for return freight charges. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of delivery of the return upon assessment of product condition. Returns not in resaleable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
